In order to serve the needs for communication, cooperation and coordination, a National Charismatic Office (NCO) was started in Mumbai in 1974 and subsequently in 1980 the NCO was shifted to Bangalore. The National Charismatic Office was relocated in Delhi in July 2001.

The NCO serves the NCCRS and NST, providing the necessary administration to implement the NST decisions.  It is well equipped to accomplish its work and to preserve the archives. Besides doing all the administrative jobs, organizing and coordinating various national programmes, the NCO also maintains all records of the NCCRS including book-keeping, reporting, auditing, fund-raising, etc.
